It is insoluble in water , oil, acids and caustic soda. Use and purpose It is designed for increase of the density of barite up to 2400 kg/m3. It has low content of water-soluble salts. It doesn't contain flotation reagents at its surface. It doesn't thicken drilling mud. It has optimal grain composition. It doesn't cause coagulation and increase of fluid loss indicator. It ensures low content of solid phase. It prevents aeration of drilling mud. It has low flow rate that is by 25% lower than flotation mud. It is environmentally safe.
