Complex SAS, for cleaning drilling fluid

Complex surface active substance for cleaning of drilling fluid is a hydrophobizated substance with high absorption activity that is designed especially for drilling muds (anti-clay bowling additive). Use and purposeSurface active agents are widely used in fresh and seal water-based drilling muds and also muds and also muds on calcium chloride and sodium chloride basis in gypsum and lime systems. Surface active agents are used for drilling of rocks, laying as clay shales at different stages of lithogenesis. It prevents adhesion of particles of clay clime to drilling tool, boring cutter and elements of BHA and to each other. It prevents packing and promotes increase of mechanical speed of drilling and improves lubricating properties of drilling mud. Benefits It is cost-effective and efficient in small concentrations . Small doses of this subspace improve anti-clay bowling and lubricating properties of drilling mud. It doesn't result in dispersion of slag. It is also used as inhibitor of acid and hydrogen-sulfide corrosion of equipment. It is environmentally safe.

Recommendations on use It is recommended to add complex SAS directly into the system with concentration of 0.01 – 0.03 % from necessary volume of drilling mud. Package Complex SAS for cleaning of drilling mud is supplied in 20 l canisters.
