Modifed deflocculant Lignopac-M

Lingopak-M is a high-viscosity form of acrylic and cellulosic polymers of modified lignosulfonates, used for synergetic effect of stabilization. It is used as reducer of liquid loss and stabilization of rheological parameters of all types of water-based drilling muds. It is a reagent of complex activity. It is efficient in highly-mineralized drilling muds. Scope and method of use Main purpose of Lingopak-M is reduction of fluid loss index and adjustment of viscosity and rheological properties of drilling mud. The highest efficiency is observed in salt-saturated (NaCl) systems of drilling muds. It is used in drilling of saline deposits (NaCl) is highly active clay shales. In spite of control of fluid loss , reagent have inhibiting action and encapsulation effect, stabilizer rheological properties of drilling mud. In order to prevent foam formation upon injection of the agent into drilling mud it is recommended to use highly-efficient anti-foaming agent of "Erol" type. It disperses easily upon treatment of drilling mud by means of mud hopper. Recommendations on use It is recommended to add Lingopak-M through mud hopper or directly into the system. It is necessary to add 20-30 kg/m3 to necessary volume of drilling mud, depending of fluid loss index. Package and storage Lingopak-M is delivered in multi-wall paper bags with nominal weight of 25 kg. It is recommended to store the product in dry and cold place.
